Hot Off the Presses!

It really is time for me to update everyone on what’s happening in my life. It’s been way too long since my last post!

First of all, I am happy to report that my health is absolutely excellent! I have zero complaints 🙂 To keep myself in top form, I avoid eating sugar, take basic supplements like magnesium and vitamin C, and do a round of chelation every month or so. I’m up to round 114 now and it all seems to be working out great. Ill health is becoming more of a dim and distant memory as time passes. I am very grateful for my good fortune.

And speaking of good fortune, I am so pleased to share that earlier this month my girlfriend Nora and I got married 🙂

We have been together for 12 years, so you’d think that making it official wouldn’t change much. But let me tell you that standing in front of the judge and taking those vows was a really powerful experience. When he got to the “in sickness and in health” part, I was tempted to stop him and say, “No kidding, buddy! Nora is a champion at sticking by me in sickness, we’ve got it covered!”

I am also really excited to share that my new book came out last month. It’s called Sex, the Enneagram & Rock’n’Roll.
